A few years ago it would have been impossible for these people and these organization to find one another. Today, jovoto connects thousands of graphic designers, product designers, writers, architects, thinkers, solvers and enthusiasts to businesses and to each other.
How we discover creative talent
As team members participate on the platform, they receive Karma points and associated rankings. Everyone begins as un-ranked talent and they are able to participate in public campaigns.
Once creatives demonstrate their ability they are invited to participate in private challenges. Finally, the top 5% of creative talent are invited to work with clients in jovoto labs.
Identifying different creative skills
The jovoto platform enables us to track not only idea quality but also the quality of feedback and evaluation. This is essential to the jovoto process – we identify not just the people with the best ideas, but also the people who help to make ideas better as well as those who help clients to choose the best ideas.
