Jovoto is still growing

The jovoto team decided to add a new member to its staff. We have noticed that a lot can and should be done to improve communication processes, whether within the discussions of contest entries, on the blog, or on any other channel.

For this reason we have decided to engage Nadine Freischlad as a part time community manager. Her tasks will be to answer the questions of the community, to help moderate discussions and to build up the blog and twitter streams into functioning and lively forums for interaction and inspiration. A further goal will be to develop the general functionality of the platform for community members and to make the jovoto community grow – in a positive direction.

Nadine has been a member of the jovoto community for a while. After a two-year apprenticeship as media designer in Cologne she has now just completed her studies at the UdK Berlin, where she took strategic communication and planning. Besides being a blogger and twitterer herself, she’s been a participant and observer of internet culture and online community building ever since she got addicted to music-related chatrooms back in 1996.
