Contest review with Greenpeace
Finally we managed to meet Greenpeace for reviewing their contest in detail. The Greenpeace HQ is located right next to the river Elbe with an astonishing view onto Hamburg harbour. Their HQ was much larger than I expected but the atmosphere within the HQ was amazing.
You could truely feel the spirit of an important movement which is about to change things for good. Highly productive people, some even running through the floors and desks overloaded with work, campaigning strategies pinned on walls and busy schedules day in and out. Kind of like a start-up in the early years but Greenpeace has been around for nearly 40 years. So enough about tribute to vision and motivation lets get down to the facts.

Jan Haase and Volker Gassner of Greenpeace next to river Elbe
While reviewing the contest results with Volker Gassner (Head of communication) and Jan Haase (Greenpeace spokesman) their feedback was not at all a surprise. They were totally suprised and overwhelmed by all the creative output and the quality of the ideas. And for sure they will take a whole bunch of ideas to work with in the future. Soon we will announced which ideas will be used for which purpose or campaign.
But at least I can reveal that the community rating came pretty close to the Greenpeace opinon about the ideas.

Can you see the future – Koschka, community winner
Stay tuned.

Tolle Reaktion und toller Wettbewerb. Schade, dass ich zu spät davon erfahren habe, sonst hätte ich auf jeden Fall mitgemacht.
