Triple 8 contest – ready to roll!

It’s decided!

the Triple 8 contest is good to go! After a wave of positive feedback to our previous post, and Bobby’s kind and informative replies to the remaining questions, we’re exited to announce this contest, which is going to be a fun and visually stimulating one!

Contest start is next Monday, Nov. 16.

There are three things to note about this contest:

• For the first time, we are testing out a different revenue model for jovoto contests. Apart from the prize money, those designers selected to have their idea produced will get a share of the price of each helemet sold!
• In this contest, it will be mandatory to use the 2-D template provided by Triple 8 to present the design. In addition to the template, each designer is free to add other forms of visualization to illustrate their idea.
• This is an English language contest! Bobby and Shaun, the contest initiators, need to be able to follow what’s going on. And they’re promoting this contest in North America: we’re exited to welcome some newbie jovotoans from across the Atlantic! This means everybody should take special care that English is the lingua franca of this contest.
