So Starbucks (after cup sales are done) will plan to lose 10% sales for the duration, as well as the workload of an employee who will need to continually update the chalkboard every second? There’s no chance all the self-entitled Escalade owners will fill in their own x’s every morning (unless they’re 10th in line). Also, every tenth person will buy the $5 frappalapa milkshake drink, while the other 9 people in line buy cheap coffee…

This plan means:

1. Starbucks loses money
2. People need to wash their cups, in hopes of being that “1 in 10″.
