Betahaus: Open Design City Market

Heads up for all people from Berlin. Our friends from the Betahaus have a another cool event this weekend you should definitely visit. They organise an open design market! 

In April this year the Betahaus opened their own ODC where you can create all the stuff you want, yourself. ODC-Citizens can show each other how tools work as in peer-to-peer education.

Albinoplanst will join the ODC-Market. On the “Plastic Playground” they will provide you with enough stones to build everything from rabbits to bridges out of white plastic bricks. You can either buy the material and take your own creation home, set a price for your creation and sell it or buy an already built plastic bricks product at the Albinoplast stand. Furthermore Jay Cousins will show you in a workshop how to cook bioplastic and make your own lampshade out of your favorite vintage pullover. And since the WMP! is on summer vacation fashion & design sellers are welcome to sell their clothes and products. (if you’re interested contact the betahaus at event@betahaus.de)
