Vapur – new Design Contest to let your graphic skills shine!

Leave your vapur trail!

Gladly announcing that we are launching a contest for Vapur.Inc, a small company that has brought us the stylish yet effective ‘Anti Bottle’: a foldable, flexible, freezable, reusable, eco-friendly water bottle that makes water taste even better than before, no matter where you go.

vapur

This contest is Public, meaning everyone can look at and rate ideas and submit their own. In addition to a Community Prize money of $2500, the lucky author(s) of submissions which get chosen by Vapur will look at $1500 in licensing fees.

And what’s the task?

Vapur did a perfect job of creating buzz and excitement around their contest – part of it was choosing just the right task: Create a stylish new “Artist Series” of Vapur “Anti-Bottles” that will make carrying tap water even more fashionable.

Another part was choosing strong partners (Dwell Magazine, Opportunity Green, Ampac, and of course – jovoto!) to work with.

A notable Jury

Vapur has managed to bring on board a prominent Jury that will take a close look at your designs and your talent!
In this Jury are, amongst others, Lara Hedberg Deam, Owner & Founder, Dwell Magazine and Laurenz Schaffer, President of BMW DesignworksUSA. Who wouldn’t want THEIR work to be seen by these outstanding people? Have a look at all Jury members here.

There’s even a video of the first official announcement of Vapur’s “Anti-Bottle Design Competition“, watch it below. With all these facts pointing to an exiting, 6 weeks of mind-boggling and eye-pleasing designs pouring in – we are ready to roll!

What, you haven’t even got an account at jovoto? Sign up and get started.

This is a great opportunity to do some intersting creative work and help add real value to the Vapur and Vapur’s environmental focus.

We all look forward to seeing the results.

Hi, is anyone else having difficulties with text coming through on the template? I put the required text on my submission in illustrator (font was substituted) where I saved as pdf and then converted to a jpeg which should have rasterised the text I believe? That text and some other details from the top of the template are present in the jpeg but missing on my idea submission ; /

I’ll have another go when I get home tonight and will let you know how I get on.
