Creative Collective Intelligence

The platform is designed to facilitate feedback – like in-person creative processes, conversations help to refine and improve ideas. In the virtual world we can work with more people, this in turn, means more ideas. This is great news for clients, but also presents a new problem: how do you evaluate large numbers of complex ideas?
An ongoing peer review process enables us to constantly surface the best ideas. This solves a critical management problem, but also has another very important benefit: constant ranking and evaluation allows us to identify the best performing members of our creative team – a challenging task considering thousands of new members join the team each month.

Karma Points and Rankings
As creatives use the jovoto platform, it learns about them.
Who has the best ideas? Who provides useful feedback? Who has an eye for the best work?

The Karma system works in the background observing, scoring and ranking creatives who use the platform. Rather than rating a few percent of the creative community at award shows, jovoto is able to create a ranked list from tens of thousands of creatives. These rankings provide a new way for clients to find creatives for projects – clients can choose who than want to work with using the Creative Process Chooser.
Creative Process Workflows
Jovoto supports a range of project formats from open campaigns to working with small groups of the top jovoto creatives. Project templates enable clients to control how they work and who they work with. For example: clients can choose to have expert juries; invite their customers to participate; work with the top creatives on the platform; or invite their own community members to participate.
Creative Process Management Dashboard
Community managers are critical to the effectiveness of the creative community. The dashboard gives them a comprehensive view of people and their activity on the platform. The dashboard enables community managers to work with clients to identify the top creatives and to monitor ranking and rating, ensuring that each project delivers quality ideas.
