How does it work?
The most direct way to cooperate with the jovoto-community is a creative contest.
We have organized projects at jovoto in a way that our clients must only invest a minimum of their time. The entire process can be described in three simple steps:

Task
Usually our customers can identify a specific problem. But even if you have no concrete task in mind yet: we are happy to consult you to get a feeling for the possibilities. Working closely together with our creative directors, you will formulate your task in the form of a creative brief, a set of instructions for the community including the most relevant information and mandatories.
Once the creative brief is published on the jovoto platform, the contest begins and community members participate by submitting their solutions to the task. The contest has a predetermined runtime.

Ideas and Interaction
During the course of the entire contest, the community discusses, improves and rates the submitted ideas. The potential of each idea is reflected and ultimately the ranking of ideas in each contest is determined. At this stage, jovoto customers are merely observers of the process. jovoto works with a community-based concept, ensuring a free, fair and encouraging environment in which creative ideas thrive. This is what we call the jovoto-principle.

Results
The community ranking determines who wins community prize money. At the same time, the ranking process holds a lot of insight about the potential of individual ideas. The comments and discussions among community members convey even more valuable perspectives on your task, your product or brand. Ideas are simultaneously being tested in regard to their impact and their chances of success.
jovoto offers you several options for the final analysis of a contest, starting from a concise executive summary of the main results and insights to a comprehensive strategic analysis of the entire project process.
After a contest closes, our customers choose their favorite idea from the pool of submissions. The selection does not need to reflect the community ranking. jovoto mediates the finalizing of a license agreement between author and customer, in accordance with the pre-determined conditions.
