Develop a branding for the political initiative DIALOGUE INTERNET - Growing up with the internet.

Background Info

The Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) is going to initiate a dialogue between experts and citizens called DIALOG INTERNET. The aim is to develop a recommended course of action for a child and youth policy that is suitable for the digital age. Subject areas to be discussed are “child-welfare in the internet” as well as “opportunities of the digital world.”

DIALOG INTERNET is mainly about getting politicians, experts as well as interested citizens into a dialogue. Hereby, everybody gets the chance to be actively involved in politics. Openness and transparency along with highest possible participation for all interested parties is very important. Dialogues are going to be conducted, not only at events, but also on an ad hoc designed online dialogue platform that’s open to every interested person.

Task Definition

A contemporary word mark and logo respectively shall be designed for DIALOG INTERNET. In particular, values such as participation and transparency shall be taken into consideration when designing this logo/brand.  The name "DIALOG INTERNET" shall form the textual basis for the logo. Furthermore, a claim shall be incorporated as well. The claim is: "Growing up with the Internet". 

It is important that the logo is usable for all kinds of communication applications:
  • online communication / the portal
  • event materials such as stage rear panel, leaflet dispenser, etc.
  • print publications 

Target Group

Societal actors in the sector children and youth: parents, teachers, educational staff within the field of child welfare and the "online community" 

Tonality

  • inviting and communicative
  • simple and productive
  • innovative and respectable
  • confident and forward-thinking 

Mandatory Requirements

  • Please create a greyscale version of the logo as well.
  • The logo should have  the size: 224x112 pixel.

    Ich kann die ganze Aufregung hier zwar verstehen, andererseits finde ich diesen Prozess äußerst spannend. Spannend dahin gehend, wie die Plattformbetreiber mit diesen Klamaukburschen (Hab das Wort weiter oben gelesen, finde es so schön und übernehme es jetzt einfach mal. Obwohl mir gerade noch UARRRR-Kruh einfällt!) und deren Absichten umgehen und wie natürlich jeder einzelne, dessen Arbeit runtergeputzt wird, mit dieser Art zu kommentieren und den entsprechenden Bewertungen umgeht.

    Die ganze Aktion wirft somit auf mindestens zwei Seiten Fragen auf und so entsteht Entwicklung. Ist doch 'ne feine Sache.

    Ergänzend kann man nur hoffen, das das Bundesministerium die ganze Aktion mit Humor betrachtet und der Ruf von Jovoto keinen Schaden nimmt.

    @Somatorium Schön, dass Du das so nüchtern siehst. Wir haben einen Public Contest ausgerufen zu diesem Thema, und dass ist der Dialog, der sich daraus entwickelt.

    Wir werden mit sicherheit niemanden sperren, löschen oder zensieren anhand seiner Art zu kommentieren, so lange nichts persönlich beleidigend wird.

    Bleibt zu hoffen, dass im Wettbewerbs neue und qualitativ hochwertige Einreichungen dazu kommen, um das Feld wieder aufzumischen.

    Ich hab mal eine grundsätzliche Frage. Im Briefing ist doch zu lesen das insbesondere die Werte Partizipation und Transparenz berücksichtigt werden sollen. Das ist aber in den wenigsten Logos zu erkennen. Hab ich da was falsch verstanden?

      Das was der Kunde möchte und das was der Kunde braucht sind oft zwei vers. Dinge.
      Und wenn ich versuche die Beziehung zwischen dem Thema und Transparenz zu finden, dann könnt ich mir nur noch vorstellen das mit Transparenz Aufklärung (die wiederum mit dem Dialog und den Sprechblasen abgehackt wird) gemeint ist, also will ich mal einfach in Frage stellen wie sinnvoll es ist, jetzt auf biegen und brechen Transparenz mit einzubinden.
      Und Partizipation sehe ich in vielen Ideen.

    Ich habe mal eine Frage an euch Experten. Hoffentlich bin ich hier richtig.

    Ich hatte vorher schon fünf Ideen beim Dialog Internet hochgeladen, aber möchte jetzt eine Idee ersetzen. Derzeit habe ich eine Idee hergenommen und die neuen Bilder dort hinzugefügt. Aber schaut sich das jemand an? Oder kann ich auch eine Idee löschen und dann eine komplett neue Idee hochladen?
