The resource couch table "Piego Rectangular" also converts to an eating table.
Additional tables are stored under the bathroom floor which is lifted.

Beside the fact that I am not a fan of those bunk beds especially for guests ( AIRbnb, or your parents), open space is pretty but rooms are very practical.
Not only that you can use it as a working room once you work with your tools and wont have to clean it up every time your friends come over , they also provide sustainability if life changes. (see concept).
The room boxes also work as a sinlge with bunk beds (see replicability).

that all takes space that I prefer to use for handy storage.
