We’ve all resisted change at some point in our lives. It’s natural. But in the business world, avoiding change is bad for business. Deutsche Bank knows this and has placed digital innovation at the heart of its business development.
Understandably, not everyone is onboard with this new digital transformation so Deutsche Bank is building a community of digital leaders that will bridge the firm’s old culture with its rapidly evolving, forward-thinking mindset.
You are invited to submit concepts that Deutsche Bank will use to communicate this digital leadership initiative to all their employees. Come up with an inspiring film script and movie poster for a short film: “The Digital Leader” and help Deutsche Bank get everyone on board with the digital wave.
What’s in it for me?
Your ideas will be presented to top level management at Deutsche Bank and if selected, your script and poster would be used to invite DB employees around the world to innovate, disrupt and create lasting change.
If you submit an idea, you could win one of multiple cash prizes from the €15 000 pool. Prizes are awarded by both Deutsche Bank and the creative community – not just for winning ideas, but also for giving valuable feedback, collaborating and giving fair ratings to other ideas. There is also a Special Halftime Prize for the creative that submit the best idea(s) during the first half of the project.
