The idea is a basic (wooden) house that provides the
space to sleep and to store things (save). Furthermore It offers constructional points for later extensions that can be "plugged in" (added).
It is a strategy to invest approx. 300 $ in a base that covers security and constructural needs and includes the opportunity to continue with regional materials (Adobe,Stone,Wood,Bamboo).
proportions of the house 240 x 320 cm
-foundaments made of stone (50x50x30 cm)
-floorconstruction made of wood (12x12cm and 10x10cm )
-floorpanel OSB (width 2cm)
-construction walls wood 12x10 cm (12x) average length 2,5m
-wallpanels OSB (width 3 cm) coated with waterresistant paint
-roofconstruction (12x8 cm) + laths (2,5x5 cm)

i dont know nothing about pricing in india/rio de janeiro/haiti/guatemala
but I guess/hope the cost of material will low enough to arrange it for 300-500$
