Living in communions
$ 300,- is very little money. In Germany you won't even get a front door for it. Definitely you get a stainless steel letterbox. That's all. The only way to achieve a realistic result is to ask yourself concerning each component: Is it necessary?

Solution

One communion consists of 4 houses (8m² each)
Common facilities are:

  • Toilets
  • Showers
  • Kitchen
  • Translucent cover with high tear strength as shelter and water collector
  • Water tank
  • common space between the houses
  • Lockable front door
