This global consumer goods company is facing the same challenges as many other large companies face - they have incredibly talented individuals, but oftentimes that skill and knowledge gets lost in a culture of silos, working structures, and lack of internal communication. Skill Management is how the company is looking to answer market trends and employee needs. It is about generating tailored opportunities or even providing rotational options for those willing to learn from other skilled employees across the business.
This special challenge is solved through two phases on the jovoto platform. In the first phase, the client is looking to define the overarching campaign concept - a concept that can be developed and further evolved to the whole company and to the different levels of the rollout development. jovoto curated eight diverse creatives with backgrounds in communication and branding from six different countries and invited them to create the overall concept. Shortly after, the jovoto team will host a creative working session with the curated creatives of the second phase to narrow down the scope and directions further. The second phase will follow after.
The creative team came up with a total of 21 ideas. These creatives and their concepts have built the foundation for the remainder of this challenge. These ideas will be further refocused in a working session with the creatives of the second phase.
