Solution

In my logo you can see three chat bubbles in the colors of Germany. From one point of view, the bubbles are pointing in different directions showing the European nations which will gather in Germany for the tournament. From the other, all European citizens are welcome to watch and chat with passion about the games in Germany and that's why the colors.

I focused more in the hospitality of Germany.

Why should your design become the logo for the bidding phase?

Because i think that it fulfils the goals and purposes of the brief in a modern and minimal way.
