Creating the sense of togetherness and unity from all the people in host nation to support the event. Also to create a scenery of friendship, welcoming gestures and enjoying the game together; by the way it is a tournament for everyone.

A combination of figures : 3 people wearing Germany flag color represent the host nation unite and together for football, reaching hand with one figure wearing green represent friends from other nations showing the sense of friendship, enjoying game together. This combination make up the shape of the Cup to give a meaning of the tournament; and in the background is football in abstract to give a meaning of the football game itself; and it is in burst style which give a meaning of excitement

Why should your design become the logo for the bidding phase?

This should be the logo for the bidding phase as it is simple, direct to meaning and really capture what the client want
