People Uniting - Germany
Uniting all together in Germany
1/6

Solution

I utilized three different features in my logo that serve as symbols. The dominant feature is the foot ball placed in the center of the logo. It incorporates the colors of the German flag, the yellow, red, and black. Second, the lines within the soccer ball resemble connectivity of people by Football from all the countries coming together in support the game. Thirdly, I added half circles that are aligned around the foot ball, each part of an array of color to represent people from different nations coming together under the respective sport.

Please describe the creative approach you took to your design

Solely, I wanted to focus on unity, which all the people from different countries unite in Germany by football, which is why the German colored foot ball is in the middle. All of the different colors come together to create a uniform logo.

Please explain how you incorporated the messages, values and mandatory elements outlined above into your design

The iconic part of football championships isn’t only just the football game, but the unity that is created by the host country Germany. This type of event encompasses unity and connectivity for all countries so exquisitely by a genuine and warm welcoming of German people.

Why should your design become the logo for the bidding phase?

The message behind the logo is really important in the bidding phase too. Despite all differences, people can unite all together. This unity that is formed by all the fans in the stands is exemplified in the logo. It's a colorful logo, but also is simple to the eye and storytells the hospitality of Germany.
