Solution

The logo represented a soccer player 'pursued' a ball ( represented by the "O" from UERO) to achieve his purpose and goal. This explained that to achieve 'success' goal must doing trough hardwork and serious efforts.

The approach tecniques using in this logo is illustrative. Most of Euro Match logo for years is illustrative designs.

Please explain how you incorporated the messages, values and mandatory elements outlined above into your design

The logo is a bid phase of next EURO 2024 match. No FIFA and UEFA elements used in the design. The logo shows Germany doing hardwork and will be ready as a host for next 2024 Euro Cup Championship.

This logo has a 'purpose' value and goal (hard work).
