Solution

The round form of the logo symbolizes a "soccer ball". The top of the logo resembles a wave with the colors of Germany, which symbolizes the "wave of enthusiasm". The lower part of the logo, where we come a repeating element, symbolizes "community".

I try to incorporate symbols for community, enthusiasm and ball in one place.
