Please describe the creative approach you took to your design

I was greatly inspired by the movement involved in the game and the excitement in people during the football season. I wanted that to be shown in the logo indirectly.

Please explain how you incorporated the messages, values and mandatory elements outlined above into your design

The design has the year 2024 hidden. The ball (earth) is a football ground. This shows that people from all the countries share the love for the game.
The indication of Germany is shown only on the numbers because the chance to be the host changes from year to year, but this time its Germany's turn and its covering the globe showing Germany's hospitality for all football lovers across the globe.

Why should your design become the logo for the bidding phase?

Because people remember the game and its year. I think its essential for the logo to depict the year just like this logo does and the logo from FIFA 2006 did (also hosted by Germany).
