Solution

This is a design with an abstract geometric shape. There are 24 little hexagons inside that shape which are presenting 24 nations that will participate. There are also some half circles around it. I made multiple versions with different color ideas.

I tried to come up with a cheerful design that will present unity and euphoria.

Please explain how you incorporated the messages, values and mandatory elements outlined above into your design

I included 24 hexagons in my design which presents unity and community of 24 nations. I also added some half circle shapes around it which show motion and euphoria of the event. It reminds me of a smile face with big eyes, but in a non direct way.

Why should your design become the logo for the bidding phase?

I think it communicates positive emotions of unity and euphoria about the event.
