Solution

the player is penetrating the heart to hit the ball, this means that as a player hits the ball, he enters the hearts of mllions of followers, the german flag in the ball means that we are in Germany that hosts the game and people of the game. the size of the ball is puposely made bigger to conduct the high hope message , in another sentence : share the love all over the sky of Germany.

Please describe the creative approach you took to your design

I started mapping out ideas that better descirbes the messages, values and elements outlined in the brief , later on, I started sketching out the ideas and making roughly scetched logos, until I found my one, I made a grid to ensure equilibrium of the logo and start building on it. when it came to fonts I always tend to create them , but because of the short time, I used open source fonts that can be modfied later which are lato and exo.

Please explain how you incorporated the messages, values and mandatory elements outlined above into your design

using both the heart and the player implies that we welcome everyone to join us . the way the player penetrates the heart gives a clear image of the euphoria and enthusiasm that we will live during the games. the size of the ball means that it will go as high as ever to share the joy and love wth all of our fans. the flag of germany means that it is the country that s going to host the games and host every fan of it.

Why should your design become the logo for the bidding phase?

Simply because it better conducts all of the tonalities and values in a clever way and better communicate the messages you outlined n the breif, not mentoning that it is good to look at which qualifies it to be among the best logos to represent the competition.

HAVE YOU READ THE" GUIDELINES, REGULATIONS & COMMENTS" SECTION IN THE BRIEF AND IS THIS YOUR ORIGINAL WORK?

yes , I have read the section and it helped a lot in comprehensing what I should do. This is my original work.
