The logo is simplistic in the way that you can easily see what it is and what it's conveying.

Brainstorming and Sketching ideas. I focused on making this logo a typographic logo to make it standout.

Please explain how you incorporated the messages, values and mandatory elements outlined above into your design

The E's representing the german flag and the O being a soccer ball. The logo is very neutral and does not take any sides besides showing the country (Germany) who would be using it.
