I wanted to incorporate a set of meanings together (simplicity, unity, smoothness and movement) in a one simple logo that gives strong good impressions and is easy to remember. starting with the ball i chose to express the unity of europe with using number 24 ( number of participating countries is marked with the championship year ) so number 24 , merged with the football using smoothed curves to show speed and smoothness in a way that gives a feeling of unity inside the football that brings nations together , i also used a green color to describe that the field unites all of the countries .

i wanted to represent germany by using its flag colors , then i wanted these colors to be represented in a way that shows love and welcoming so i used smooth curves that are going around the ball like germany is welcoming all these 24 countries.
