Solution

Football´s history is entangled with German modern history and culture. The development of German´s industry and technology was promoted by the use of trains and railroads, with them came attached the practice of this beautifull sport, which Germans refined and mold it into the perfect expression of what true team work means.

Please describe the creative approach you took to your design

I tried to use an Iconic element of German culture (the Brandenburg Gate) to compound a crest that combines classic and modern look.

It represent the an open gateway to enter germans culture through football

Why should your design become the logo for the bidding phase?

Because it´s powerfull and appealing to all audiences, and it has enough personality to confine the importance of such a big event.
