Solution

The yellow, red and black colors that refer to the flag of Germany and came in order, and the wings in the side symbolizes the eagle of Germany, the ball in the middle refers to people cohesive united by one love which is football, and the points are referring to the number of Participating teams, and all this came in the form of a cup.

I tried to collect the form of the Cup and GermanyEagle, and even participating countries

Please explain how you incorporated the messages, values and mandatory elements outlined above into your design

that in the middle there is a point in the form of Germany flag which opens it hands to the rest of the points (states) as a meaning of welcoming them.

Why should your design become the logo for the bidding phase?

Because it's simple and easy to understand and refers to things that I mentioned before
