KISS principle: keep it short and simple / on point that everyone will quite quickly understand what it (the logo) is about: European Football Championship!

Please explain how you incorporated the messages, values and mandatory elements outlined above into your design

The logo contains the love for football (heart on the football), the passion for football (enthusiastic fans / football players) plus shown heartbeat on the right side, and what the championship is also about: winning the cup.

Why should your design become the logo for the bidding phase?

Because it is a simple and attractive design that appeals to everyone!
