The design is suposed to represent the unity of the countries of Europe and the German eagle wings protecting the whole together.

Please describe the creative approach you took to your design

The approach was simple to use warm colors with the german flag colors implemented into the design, creating a balance with the wings of the german eagle ( they are modified as it is visible).

Please explain how you incorporated the messages, values and mandatory elements outlined above into your design

I think the message is clear in the design the circles representing unity and the wings carrying and protecting.

Why should your design become the logo for the bidding phase?

Because its simple, clean and has a story for its self.
