I decided to us color harmony to represent the harmony of the fans as well as their energy and excitement. I accomplished this by using complimentary colors to further enhance the feeling of unity and love for this beautiful sport. The soccer ball is also a metaphor for the world, as soccer has become a worldwide sport. I wanted to portray a friendly and quick to recognize logo, which I believe I've achieved by the use of color choice, imagery and composition.

As mentioned above, I incorporated the message of unity and love for soccer by overlapping the cheering crowd as well as representing diversity with the multiple colors. The soccer ball represents excitement, that is the feeling most of us get when we see the central ref place the soccer ball in midfield. A place for unity without border is represented by not using the outline of the soccer ball, and using the negative and positive space tell the story.

My logo should become the logo for the bidding phase, because it embraces diversity, unity and excitement. It will represent Germany's wishes to host the UEFA Championship in 2024.
