Solution

1- The three stands colors representing the flag of Germany, so Germany as a country hugging and hosting the biggest championship in the Europe. 2- "The two circled icons with green and blue colors" >> GREEN is representing the European teams "green for football field" , BLUE is representing the European fans "blue the color of the UFEA" . 3- The ball between the two circled icons symbolizes for the championship's ball which the teams and fans gathering around it. 4- The three stars symbolizes for UEFA organization as the main sponsor.

I have sketched the logo first then illustrated it.

Because it has a simple and clear message and i believe it is fitting with the requirements of the contest.
