One main reason why people still not convert is the haptic, they are not convinced and maybe because they never tried. The goal is to give eReaders into the hand of these people by placing eReader with eBooks in their real counterpart. a) Spread over the exhibition area preferably in reading /dining areas where people can sit down and have a read. b) In the booth in traditional bookshelves promote a particular book c) Cooperation with publishers to have the eReaderBook placed on their booth too.
Arena for Books
What is the core principle of your idea?
Convince prospects of haptic is not a downside
Can your idea be applied to different formats (in a bookstore, at a trade fair, at a conference)?
Would it be possible to turn your idea into a reality, or at least create a prototype of it, at short notice, i.e. by the Frankfurt Book Fair in October 2014?
No problem at all, has been done already just not at large marketing scale - yet.
What do you estimate the costs for the prototype or the final implementation of your idea to be?
Price of Book, plus an willing person to cut out books and place eReaders inside.
