Each that card is a physical tangible advertising of some e-book. E-book ad card contains QR code and the annotation of the e-book.

You can take the card with you for free, to give to someone, or just download e-book by QR-code.

Idea offers different audience's involvement levels.

Stand with such cards can be placed on Fairs as well as in bookstores. This is the easiest and cheapest way to make e-book tangible

Ad cards (usual cardboard cards, with book cover, annotation text, QR code) offers tangible representations of the e-book.

Idea offers different audience's involvement levels: 1. See e-book cover and go; 2. Take ad card for free and go; 3. Take ad card and read annotation; 4. Take card, scan QR code and read teaser on your gadget; 5. Scan QR code and read teaser on the stand; 6. Take card, read teaser, and buy e-book.

Can your idea be applied to different formats (in a bookstore, at a trade fair, at a conference)?

Idea has modular system, so it is adaptable to small/large spaces as well for different events.

Would it be possible to turn your idea into a reality, or at least create a prototype of it, at short notice, i.e. by the Frankfurt Book Fair in October 2014?

Idea with ad cards ir very simple. Ad cards are usual paper cards, so it is very cost-effective. Stand is very simple to produce. It can be done less than for 1 month.

What do you estimate the costs for the prototype or the final implementation of your idea to be?

3000 eur for tehcnical project design of the stand; 400 eur production of each stand; 0,1 eur production costs for each ad card.
