Cool, innovative design !!! How does the fixing of the silicone-ring system works? Is there a need of an external fixing strap , or is there an elastic band inside? And i really like the big pull strap and the coloured differentiation between the functional design parts.
Thanks for the comment. The silicone-ring would be secured by a pull strap through the shoulder straps. So internally there would be a two straps running from the bottom of the bag out to the shoulder straps to secure whatever might be in the bag. This would allow the silicone to hold on its own and allow the user to adjust those straps while using it. But im open to any other solutions. Hope this answers your question.
ok ... with this solution you will have difficulties by carrying the bag with the big pull strap. You will have a accordion in your hands. Am i wrong? I think there has to be a strap system that connects the smallest front-part with the rear of the backpack.
But no doubt ... i really like it.

the concept and materials specified is really naice! just one suggestion: the orientation of the bag could have been the other way rounded. Its then visually appealing
what a nice concept you made here. I asked myself the same question thirdbase does. so did i get it right you fix the luggage inside of the bag directly and not indirektly by a strap outside around the back? so the inside solution is great for the look in my opinion. but I´would try to ajust the bag itself then and nit the items inside cause it much more simple. to be able to adjust it while wearing it is a nice feature if it does not lead to complex constructions. If so I would abandon on that feature cause adjusting the bag while wearing it will be rare situations... any chance to see how it will work?
I´m not sure if I got it right. its two straps inside going from the bottom to the top fixing book e.g. directly? if so I think this is a bit complicated putting stuff inside from the top. even tough there is the risk the straps turn away to the side. why not fix the straps to the back to adjust the back and not fix the books e.g. Or is this what you ment?
What a cool idea. Like the versatility and also the traffic-sign-like look. Could you add a visual to explain your fixing-system? I don´t quite get your explanations above, to be honest...

No offence buddy, But i really do not think any need of flexibility is there because the bag is made with fabric or something similar. if you could have made the bag extend horizontally or vertically it could have helped in storing various paper sizes or other material.
I like the form, but I have some issues related with the capacity of the bag. When the accordion is compressed you can carry just one laptop or a couple of books and when is fully extended it seems to have the same size of a regular bag. So, in real words, you are not gaining extra space.
The Idea was not to gain extra space but to use only the space needed. Therefore the books and laptop are not hanging too far back, which would be bad ergonomic design. This way the weight is placed close to the back at all times.
