Since the natural brand’s inception, and the growth of their product portfolio across select regions of the EU, their product packaging has slowly been moving further and further away from the original intended design. Their packaging has gradually become overcomplicated, and across the categories, it has lost its focus in order to distinguish itself on the shelf and is lacking harmony in how information is presented. Key information is getting lost. This issue is compounded by the upcoming decision to integrate bilingual communication onto the packaging, so, in order to improve readability, the layout of the label needs to be revisited, reorganised, and simplified.
Six of our top-notch talents on the platform were asked to redesign their current label including the graphic design and the communication on it. It is about finding design adjustments that push the perception of the brand into one that feels clean and premium without redesigning the whole branding. This project is based on a two-phase approach, this being the first phase to collect inspirations. The final choice will then upload additional content in the second phase.
The creative team came up with 25 different design approaches that amazed the client and gave them a good overview of the different design directions the brand could go. The final designer was tasked to work on their ideas in the second phase.
