The geometric shapes represents breaking the glass which represent breaking norm of society. In my opinion longboarding can break the norm of the street commute scene with its unconventional way of travelling vs walking, biking or cars.
Design Cues:
1. The colors are inspired by brands country of origin
2. The bear the city of origin
3. The "Ich Liebe Berlin" or "I Love Berlin" is the feeling of people in love with their city
4. The "Jahrgang 2012 - 2013" or "Year 2012 - 2013" shows the year of the design
