Final update
The first idea of the ballons and the ideas exploding from inside guided me to the final update: different sketches coming from one point, the point where the group of people is involved.
The colours have the same saturation that represents various ideas coming from one purpose (red/variations of red). This range of colour can variate.
The sketch appearence of the shape represents the beta toughts, which means, prototype ideas.
