(street, underground, hotel/home, taxi ... and everyone is collecting pizza-service flyer (:))  )

#Plus the first-layer-target "foreign people", all others who are not very familiar with local conditions are in target.

#"Foreign" in it's exaggeration is a metaphor. It also stands for, not informed about local conditions in health service.

#The ad-design symbolises helplessness, solitariness in a little bit funny and exaggerative backround.

#By mirroring the current situation of the viewer, in relationship to surrounding and emotion, an identification with the ad message will easily appear.
