Solution

The current Lidl campaign shows products of big brands and cheap brands on black and white in order to underline the big choice customers are offered when buying at Lidl. The parody poster points usses black and white to inform about the downside of cheap produced meat products. The headline "The poor sausage" is a German collocation that uses the symbol of a sausage to express an unhappy or desperate situation.
