Natural interpretation of traditional chinoiserie architectural and classical elements.

Solution

Traditional architectural and classical elements have been updated with natural hand-rendered elements that transcend cultures. Decorative fronds replace the Rococo curves and rocaille scrolls. "Cracked' porcelain references provide the structure in lieu of traditional architectural elements. The delicate, ethereal, swirling melodies and moments of silence in Debussy's music are interpreted in the overall pattern.

Why does your design stand out?

Suited to smaller scale overall repeats as well as decorative detailing such as beading or 3-D fabrication on larger scale engineered or placement prints which addresses the target clientele age range and use on formal, festive event garments.

Which kind of brands do you imagine using your design?

Mid to upper price point.

Is the design 100% created by you or is there anything we should know about any third party material used?

The motifs are created from my hand-rendered elements and no third party hand sketches were used.
