Solution

Techpee project aims to be a network of rooms, apartments/aparthotels in over 100 cities worldwide where digital nomads can find their home. Designers, Developers, Bloggers, Entrepreneurs can now move around the world and find an accomodation even for medium/long period of 1 week to 3 months at a discounted and fixed price and with some common mandatory services (e.g. Wifi, Chairs & Desks,etc). By signing our manifesto, property owners will get our Techpee logo, a guarantee for our community

In summary, what is your “Made on Coboat” project idea (max. 3 sentences)?

Developing the first and larger hospitality network for digital nomads worldwide. By putting people with same needs and interests under the same roof, we aim to facilitate the creation of new business relationships & meeting new friends around the world to have fun and share experiences with. We want to make the search and change of working and living locations for digital nomads easier and cheaper.

How much of your project can you realistically achieve in 100 days if you will get the chance to stay on the Coboat?

Sure 100%. We will follow these steps: 1. Build a landing page and open social media channels. Days 1-7. 2A. Start building a community of first 1000 digital nomads via social media and blogs, so we will have more power to discuss and negotiate prices and terms with owners: Days 7 - Onwards 2B. Build the web platform with a CMS: Day 7 -30.
3. Agreements and eval.form. Finding the first 20 hotels/apartments in 20 cities, asking help of community to check the places. Days 31-100

Will you complete this project on your own, or will you be working with a together with a team?

Will do mostly alone & with your help (advices and relationships), then with more people and with the help of our community. I'm open to further collaboration with coworking offices and anyone interested in joining the project.

We can help the same people (freelancers, entrepreneurs) We can be the new co-living solutions: Coboat for Sea, Techpee for Land. It's a win-win situation. You can reduce your marketing budgets. What does this project mean to you?

Everything! Developing a my own idea. Providing a new and useful service to society, travelling the world, meeting new people, having a small revenue - just what I need to live. So, making a dream of life come true.

Why do you want to do this project?

I believe in the concept and this lifestyle. I started working with a laptop only to be free to move and discover the world!

Degree in Biz Admininistration, travels to HK & China, Boston (MIT) and Europe. Technology Entrepreneurship course from Stanford University. Last week I was to around Europe with the StartupBus Europe. Digital marketer and aspiring digital entepreneur. Expert in viral & guerrilla marketing, biz model canvas & plan, marketing plan.
