It all starts with a big feeling – it was like an elephant sitting on me. „A grey, big elephant – my hands trying to find halt on his wizened and also tighten skin. But my tiny hands weren’t able to lift such a heavy load. Of course it was bound to happen: „boom“ and this elephant was crushing me.“ I tried to escape. To get this animal off me. I struggled, it just happened that I ended in his ass. “Ich bin im Arsch!” That’s how my book starts – on the beginning of a wild and wonderful journey.

In summary, what is your “Made on Coboat” project idea (max. 3 sentences)?
To write a book. I think when you want other people to be interested in what you have to say, you have to share a true part of yourself. And that is exactly what I’m going to do.
How much of your project can you realistically achieve in 100 days if you will get the chance to stay on the Coboat?
It is definitely possible to write down the whole story in 100 days. And then to finish it up with some drawings. Also I wanted to find a publisher- that is an area, where I have no experience. But I’m sure with free Wifi, a lot of phone calls and emails - it’s possible to find one.
Will you complete this project on your own, or will you be working with a together with a team?
It’s completely on my own. (Maybe – I have to call sometimes friends, to find stuff I had forgotten in Vienna – that would be typically me)
Why should your project be chosen?
I love the Idea to stay with a company of creatives on a boat and could write down my story (and of course finish the book) I always wanted to. Maybe that is the reason for choosing me – I have a project that I will definitely do, because it will be a part of my life. To join this competition with my project is a big chance to turn it into reality right now – to do what I really want to do. To write my book.
What does this project mean to you?
It’s like you show your diary to a big range of people. I love it to note tiny experiences or to write down some adventures. “I never share – I’m always a part of it” is one of my favourite sentences. In this case I would share a part of myself – so it means a lot to me.
Why do you want to do this project?
This project started in 2011 by accident. Have you ever carried the feeling with you that you have to finish something you started years before? That’s one reason. Also it’s the perfect next step on my journey. I was thinking a lot about what to do next – to write that book is my answer to myself.

Apart from pencils, laptop, paper and the occasional flower -> No.
Please tell us a bit about yourself and your professional background. How do you fit into a team? What have you done before within the field of your idea?
I am a trained interior designer and furniture maker. I worked in the last years much, hard and I loved it. In April this year I had to decide between “Staying at Work” or “Travel” – in the end it was simple – I decided to travel. I lived together with the most diverse crowd of people basically my whole life and I've always enjoyed it. Current status of my project: 35 written pages, a lot of notes, a working pencil and the wish to put my thoughts and notes on paper and share it with you.
