SInce you're asking such good questions it would be nice if we could all understand the answers ;-) I'm also curious how it would carry the weight, would it not slip out of track? I'm sure you'll figure it out, looking forward to your updates!

over 8 years agoVery good thinking. I like the versatile aspect. Is it possible to make the box compact, so people do not have to joint so many pieces together? Remember, many pieces also mean material and energy in the production.
The basic idea is good, just improve it. So keep working -:)
Well done ,sir! Sadly, your update shows almost exactly what I was envisioning but did not have time to submit. :-( So... Let me know if you want my English language description of inexpensive furniture made from crates idea, as I will not be needing it. ;-) Note that I offer this to you (or your team) as a gesture of high respect and thanks as you leave the Jovoto competitions. In closing, I must also give you a 10.0!.... You beat me in the race to getting this great idea posted.

Hey, 10 star General... I appreciate the encouragement to fight competitively, but your presentation covers the concept of crates reused as inexpensive furniture extremely well. Thus the 10 rating. Furthermore, like you, I am not one to copy other people's ideas for the sake of gaining friends or Karma points, or crowd votes in a visual competition, or a few bucks in cash. Therefore, I don't need to fight nor collaborate with you. I simply offered a description of the furniture concept to help your cause... since I no longer need it. Take it or leave it. No offense to me if you decline my offer, as I am sure you are capable of writing something similar or better by yourself. Good luck General! :-)))
You're a good guy gizmotech! I understand how difficult it is to be honest here a member, I would like you to do their job. First I put you 10 just because you're a real person, not a zombie, and you can write more than a "great idea" "I Like". Many participants do not make cool stuff and fake accounts. So create the idea, I will not say anything against it, and even the first will support you. Waiting for your work and let us not give to win but we will show the world your ideas! About bucks ...... Might suggest that you take a look at the flexibility gained if you transform the design into a linear layout rather than the shown square (ex. bottles in one row versus equal number of rows and columns). You are welcome big! :-)

I enjoyed the slide of the crates floating in the pool. This gives the illusion they are lightweight and won't damage from water. What is the material by the way?
Right now it's pretty cool the way you are stacking and building and showing examples but to me it's still just a box, does that make sense? ZA has a lightbox...I like the added twist to the box, a surprise element other than empty space. I think we all have furniture that we like better. Maybe a sweet pattern swatch alternating, try some art on the boxes?
Yes, the furniture is all, but we will not pull the bed out into the street for guests to sit in the backyard. It's only a suggestion, do not want to put the boxes in the house - Put exclusive oak furniture. A lot of people - a lot of opinions. This offer is for creative young people who do not want to buy things in life. Today I assembled the bed, and tomorrow I gathered from her shelves, chairs, pot plants, lamp ..... We have to think creatively! All menyaetsya must constantly changing and interior ;)
Some very nice things in your idea... the furniture renderings look great, and the wheels-carry on aspect is very practical too.
The interiors are not mine, I just put the boxes there to be understood the idea of ??the way in the second image is a blanket with the words Coca-Cola, no one notices))))
I am really a fan of this design. I did see something similar years ago made for the brand AKAI. Called the cube. But your design has more possibilities. Two questions: the costs? And how do you stack the cubes in a truck without the danger of shifting.
Fan-cube more expensive than the box, but has more features, much more! Transportation as a normal box, or on a modular scheme collect a large box, as you prefer.
Thanks for the reply Alex. I think you have to reconsider the stackability for transportation of the cubes. For now a 9 because I love the design. But you can make it a 10.
Hmm, a box made of extruded profiles from an exhibition system? Sounds very expensive to me. How much deposit will you have to pay for the crate? I like the boxes in the interior renderings a lot better then the actual crate pictures. Too much Coke logo in every corner for my taste. Reduce will make it look neater, I think.
I do not claim that the box is the cheapest, but it is transformed into a set of objects. How many in this competition of cheap boxes that are easy to manufacture? Design the box. You do not like, I like .... do not put 10, you will not put. But thank you for your comment)

The design of the crate is ok. I'm just wondering, wouldn't it cost a lot for both Coca Cola and the customers to have the crates decorating homes? I think temporary functionality is better than having light fixtures and shelves made out of crates..
