4 presentations, red: 4 and 6 bottles and white: 4 to 6 bottles, with handles, which allow up two, at the same time
more updates soon :)
Fantastic work Roy!!! I am in awe! Clean, shape and function. I'm jealous. :)))) All my stars for you!
Feels so light, so fresh, so functional, so perfect!!! Love it!!! :)
This is beautiful. It looks a little delicate, perhaps, but that's a matter of working out the materials.
A couple of small suggestions: 1) The slot on the sides (I'm guessing it's a finger hole) interrupts the flow. What if it was just a slight upwards deformation that provided a recess for your fingers, and would have the additional function of nesting with the unit above. 2) I think it would look better positioned horizontally at the bottom of the crate. But these are minor quibbles. Overall, it's at the top of my list!
Hehehe thanks a lot guys! i'll keep it in mind for my updates :)
Well done, Roy! I like the way the crates overlap and I like the design simplicity :)
In my opinion you must work on handle because looks uncomfortable! But you'll stay the lightweight construction because it's COOL ;)
In fact the handle has a special sense, you can lift two crates at once, thats why is like that. updates soon .thanks man!
Nice clean design. Multifunction but without too much stress. The thin plastic just looks a little delicate to me.. perhaps you can think of ways of making it structurally stronger.
Jess, i think is very solid, and lightweight, as is.but... i have more updates soon. thanks girl! ;)
Fifth slide shows the perfect solution. It looks so smart and cool! I will be waiting your updates. Good luck Roy!
nice idea but one opinion some panels are very heavy but i dont know maybe its necessary for the bottles that are more big ! but good luck
the bottles have the same proportions of the German original bottle, no bigger no smaller. thanks! :)
Very good Roy! Do you think you can reduce the material a little bit without loosing the clean look? Then it would be great for me... Keep on the good work!
thanks Vote! I think I can try, but I really like the design now. I could improve, but we'll see in updates. again, thanks voto! :)
Nice idea! But how is it possible sharply increasing rating like this?
Nice and simple design maestro!!! :) Looking forward to see the updates!
Keep up the good work!
Super chido Roy. I really like your proposal. Simple, functional. Great! I am just worried about the base and walls. I would give more structure to it to handle the weight of the 4 bottles. Some 'ribs' in the rounds would help, I think. Full stars from me.
Great minimalistic and multifunctional design! Well done! all stars* to you!
i like wine shelve! but think about handles-holes size! 10 for now :)
Excelente Roy...!!!!!!!!! ingenioso el sistema de apilamiento.... podrias asegurarlo aún más haciendo an la parte de abajo un hundimiento para que entre el tapon de la de abajo. y no tenga margen de juego.
I am all for less is more, but I would also consider reducing the material use (keep it eco) but so far, It's definitely an excellent work!
i was about to message nathalie about your idea, and then i saw she's already here. you suck nathalie.
Great idea -but I think the handles need a second thought. Looks like it's going to hurt after a few minutes of carrying. Also -why handles on the bottom? And will the bottle tops actually fit through the slit?
in fact bottom handles, have an important function, you can hold two boxes at the same time with them, check out my updates soon and you can see, I'm also working on how to make them more comfortable :)
and...i think i got it....check out my updates soon. :)
those "handles" would break off immediately, when you lifted the 9lbs of cola in the crate. i gave you the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were pull off tabs that detached after first use to assure customers they were getting a new crate that didn't previously touch someone else's dirty shoes.
my question is: if you want a shoe rack, why not buy a real shoe rack? for one thing, it wouldn't have coca-cola written on the side, making you look like a closet cheapskate. and the shoes would fit less sloppily.
nice and realistic design, but i wonder is it possible to use less material? it looks very steady, but maybe a bit, euhm how do i say it without sounding negative, common. dont get me wrong i find it very realistic, but it is less exciting as the one from hungyel. You see what i mean?
I can see your point, and what I can say is the material is not too much, seems to be, but it is not, if you look closely I'm just changing the position of the side walls transforming them into tubes, but nothing else, this type of box has much less material than the other proposals, but it looks more solid and with more volume, that's the intention. For that reason I will not reduce the material, I have some updates for the following days, but they refer to the comfort of the handles and something else, I am very happy with the design now, in my opinion is simple and very possible to do , and is a "real crate" greetings and thanks for a good constructive criticism :)
i agree with proseduction that it looks very steady. but i like the many possibilities of usage and i would use it as a shoe shelve. :)
Just love it. Is simple and practical, has a lot of uses, and the bottles are perfectly shaped inside.
I´m not sure about the handles yet, think this point might need a little modification concerning stability. Maybe I´d suggest to place the handle "wholes" on the crates sides, where there is no material now - you could ad some narrow connection material to integrate the wholes and achieve some more stability... just a thought. But I like your design and I absolutely love the multifunctinality, that´s great!
What size shoes good for it? I think it's not real, or just only in China :P
Cool idea. Great design. But what about the material. Is it sustainable?
hi, the main material that I thought is: biodegradable plastic (PLA) produced from starch (found in vegetables such as potatoes and corn) converted into lactic acid which is the basis for the creation of polymer or plastic chains that can be injected, extruded or thermoformed. I'm still investigating but it seems pretty good.
besides I can say that my design has been criticized because it seems a lot of material, but it is not, if you look closely it is only a thin sheet of plastic and nothing else, in my opinion, this reduces the use of material a lot, thanks greetings! :)
It' s nice idea, but I pretty shure that my shoes can't stack in it... Think abou it...
really? that's your comment about the design of the crate? the shoes? really? ...ok i'll think about it...
There is no reason for you to be angry... I just think that this function is not appropriate for this size of creat... I am sorry, but this is not my favourite idea... Maybe after update I will change my mind... Good luck!
The rigidity of such an crate will never bear the stress of the stacked crates. I do not like the Design, it has no kind of emotional shape. But nevertheless this is a very good idea of the production process!
In the next few days i hope to hang a new update ;) greetings!
Not so bad. I think that the handle is a weak. I'm waiting for upadate. You will be mad, but I also think that this creat is not for shoes. Destroy that image :D
Well, some hate that picture, others love it, I guess the most important is the design of the box and not their subsequent uses, to me at least, I like this. I will update soon I promise :)
From this colors I have a headake. I think that the presentation was better the first time.
I think you're right friend, new laptop :S , i delete the update, tomorrow I will put another :)
I think you're right, tomorrow I will put another update...guess the contest is boring me...is soooo long... hahaha :)
well folks, second attempt to update (the first was a disaster) hahaha let's try a different way!
is assumed that the comments in Jovoto are to improve the idea or offer suggestions, obviously I see on your profile that your only intention is to help someone else.
I do not know, but if you're bored maybe you have a better idea .... oops! I don't see any proposals from you. then, my friend, why not a more useful comment? one that will help improve what you don't like? something more productive. that is Jovoto.
Yes it is Jovoto!)))))))))) Here it is possible to win with any work, it is enough to collect 10 ;)
I like the red version!! but it´s ok my last star for your update!! =D
Wow. I like your solution a lot: it is multifunctional and simple. And it looks great. Good Job :)
I love your idea, it's very simple and elegant! All the best! 10*
Think it looks great; only think I'd be concerned with is the "lost" space in the bottom - gives a nice airy look, but will raise storage costs.
Cool simple idea and design ! 10*for you :) Good luck from Poland !
This question answers itself, look at the pictures first.
Interesting Idea, but the system loose space by stacking the crates in the lowest layer on pallet.
He though does not put dislike. It became popular vote - a 1 favorite and 25 in dislike.. :(
well, despite a disappointing monitoring of Jovoto, the contest was fun somehow :)
The funny thing is a starts now : (((( It is interesting to observe the behavior of people in recent days for rating.;-D Thank you Roy, you real inspired me!!!
u had some good ideas in this contest roy, i see you were very inspired,. good luck !
