Hi Arno, thanks a lof for comment, right now i posted final update solving the crate, now this carry themselve all weight, and have extra tabs to give greater stability to the crate. About material resistance at this time i dont have specific data about mechanicals properties of material, i will continue asking about this material with german manufacturers. thanks for your accurated comment, i triying that but the compression moulding dont allow too many stretch of this material, thinking on that i will made a little change to do better structure of crate,if you see the new details the crate have tabs to do better resistance in open sides to prevent the material breaking. Hi teigan thanks a lot for your accurated question, about this material are used actually in paper cases panels, door panels, chairs, and more applications, about strenght of material i trying contact with J. Dittrich & Söhne Vliesstoffwerk GmbH, at this time the answer is only some considerations about how process this material, i triying again to gave more info im waiting for that.

I think if i find the material mechanical data sheet,, the best way is made a prototype and put in to the test. for me at this time are too expensive. but about deformation and breaking im pretty sure this material do a good job, please see the Acrodur BASF video specially the min 5:16 this are focused in production and testing of material.

Finally the use of new materials is a major challenge that requires research, i think this contest its to find new anwers to solve the crate problem in astetic, functional, and suistanable capthers, and that are my propourse, show to the world a new creative way to solve this question, a good product need design and development, right now are in design stage, please undesrtand that.

you have designed a shape with unnecessary moment arms(levers) which multiply the force of the bottles falling over. your crate WILL break. there is no research necessary. it won't matter if you use carbon fiber or phenolic or diamonds. the crate will either bend or crack at the bottom corners. it most definitely won't work better with acrodur. so for you to continue claiming that is the correct material choice for your design is most certainly dishonest and misleading. you could have made a more appropriate material choice like steel, but it was more important to you to win "green" points fraudulently.

Well mate, you again do an unpleasant comment, that not are fun, if you have your reserves of my design are great, and i respect your opinion, all your comments are apreciated.

i hope you dedicate more time to your design proposals than you dedicate to accuse the working people. good luck with that.

I love this design because are doing to many critics to improve it, for me not was good incoming in this contest in 2 final weeks, because the time to do design optimization before good adivices of you or mariopxp, teigan, goforit, dragosliescu and many others including a Arno Mokellen jury of this contest, dont be done :( bad for me.

I confess you, after this contest are closed i worked in more ways to improve this crate, and right now i have a new design with more strength than actual and i think in how are possible do this design to become a real thing, researching about production process and triying direct talk with one german manufacturer of material, to do a good configuration to made virtual simulations of this crate to guarantee the required resistance (but this task is too complicated to do without a engeiner advisory), and not only for this crate already for my another proposal, that was redesigned for only 9 bottles to resist the 150kg or 1470 Newtons of presure in static moment (but this dont be posted because the time of submissions was out). the plant crate are designed for less weight, because is only for 6 bottles, around of 90kg or 882 Newtons, this only a some things i have in my mind all day as obssession.

Well this a little part of history, the point are i dont want deceive any in jovoto, i only want do my best every time, i thank your comment.

I hate about this comment ...... i only say you if you think i do trap, im pretty sure i dont do it, if you have reserves about that please contact the jovoto team and they verify it.

Hi angelika, i like a lot your words, i know that, i have a couple of ways to do this crate better about stack and resistence, but i tied to actual tecnology of production to do more versatile structural shape. And this material are in recent development, i hope in a close future i have the oportunity to speak with the material developer to upgrade this promising proposal :)
