Coca-Cola Green Crate
Red is Green! Even more sustainability, eco friendliness while looking stylish and dynamic!

Solution

The main idea is to use a wood plastic compound as material for the crate instead of usual plastic.

This idea can also be used as a part of a green image campaign during the launch.

Design
The design uses the dynamic form of the Coca-Cola logo and the bottle as the main elements. With a wink of an eye it plays around the important ingredient sugar and so it reveals the tubes of the sugar plant as further design element.

Materials and construction
- It's mostly made of wood plastic compound that help to save resources. It uses waste left while making sugar from sugar cane. The grinded fiber is then used as reinforcement. It gives the crate a great stiffness while using thin material. ABS or PP will be uses as plastic component.
- The handles are made from rubber to give a comfort feel while using.
- The crate is produced as injection molding.

12 x 1L bottles: The amount of bottles equals the actual crate because people who buy crate of Coke likes to have "some" bottles at home.

It's also easily stackable and lightweight!

This crate is sustainable, eco-friendly and cool!
