Marble gold UPDATED
My design was inspired by Kintsugi, thus breathing new life into an old concept, as Henkell's motto.

Kintsugi also known as Kintsukuroi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum, a method similar to the maki-e technique. As a philosophy, it treats breakage and repair as part of the history of an object, rather than something to disguise. My concept of the gold marble was inspired by Kintsugi in bringing a new face to the old, but still preserving it as a reminder of the beginnings of the brand and its stability.
