The genesis of this logo design comes from the description in the brief, "the respectful communication between people(!) on eye level". The name is composed around the '&' and portions of the letters are made anthropomorphic, while also alluding to the idea of a pixel . These pixel characters look at each other on the same level, and when they speak, they are connected.
