This minimalistic but colorful abstract design depicting the warm and cold.

The packaging design doesn't disturb but rather complements the pattern I used on the bristles.

Your design applied to the toothbrush & bristles

On the right, I decided to illustrate "cold" with rigid vertical lines in the blue color, on the contrary left side a wavy pattern using warm colors.
