I think what makes the design stand out is the integration between the graphic, the toothbrushes and the bristles with a tecno inspiration. Using intense neon colors we catch the essence of the tecno parties. We used Photoshop for this design.
We emphasize the neon strong colors using a lot of contrast.
We emphasize the retro neon elements in the bristles like the neon pacmans.
We got inspiration from the tecno and trance parties from the last decades, where the sound and colorful lights were the main thing (I love trance). It was a collaborative self-initiated project between Jorge Ramirez "the designer" and me "the dentist" and "MBA student". My role was to give ideas, advices, parameters and corrections to the final design. The design was done using Adobe Illustrator.
